Regis · regulatory register Status: pre-launch
Regis

A register of Nigerian financial services and data protection regulation.

Every CBN and NDPC circular, guideline and licensing change, turned into a plain-English brief with the obligations and deadlines already extracted, and a defensible record of what your organisation did about it.

About

A register, not a news service

Compliance teams at Nigerian banks, microfinance banks, fintechs, payment service providers, insurers and capital markets operators currently monitor regulator websites by hand. Publications get missed. The same obligations get rediscovered months later, usually during an examination.

Regis replaces that with a monitored feed, a searchable archive, an obligations calendar and evidence you can hand to an examiner. Every item is reviewed by an editor before it reaches anyone. Nothing is published on the strength of an automated summary alone.

How it works

From publication to evidence

01

Monitor

Regis watches CBN, NDPC and, over time, more regulators, for every new circular, guideline and licensing change.

02

Extract

Each item becomes a plain-English brief, with obligations, deadlines and affected licences identified.

03

Review

An editor checks the brief against the original source before anything reaches a subscriber.

04

Evidence

What was monitored, assessed and acted on is recorded, ready for examination.

What it does

What Regis does

01

Monitored feed

Central Bank of Nigeria and Nigeria Data Protection Commission coverage at launch, with further regulators to follow.

02

Structured briefs

Every circular becomes a plain-English summary with its obligations, deadlines and affected licences already extracted.

03

Searchable archive

Full-text search across summaries, obligations and the original source documents.

04

Licence-aware relevance

The feed and calendar are filtered to the licences your organisation actually holds, not its sector.

05

Obligations calendar

What is due and when, merged with your organisation's recurring regulatory returns.

06

Evidence packs

A defensible record of what was monitored, assessed and acted on, ready before an examiner asks.
