Privacy notice

This notice covers regis.ng. It does not yet cover the Regis application itself, which is not live.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, and a name if you choose to give one. We also record the timestamp, the page you signed up from, your IP address and browser user agent, and the fact that you confirmed your address by clicking the link in our confirmation email. This is kept as evidence of consent, in line with double opt-in practice.

Why we collect it

To send you a confirmation email, occasional updates about Regis, and, when it launches, information about early access. We do not sell or share your address with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in that email. You can also ask us to remove your record entirely by writing to info@regis.ng. If you are in Nigeria, this is handled under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. If you are in the UK, it is handled under UK GDPR.

This site does not use non-essential cookies. Any analytics in use is configured not to require consent under applicable law.
