These terms cover use of regis.ng, including the waitlist. They will be replaced by full terms of service when the Regis application launches.

What this site is

regis.ng is an informational site about a product in development. It reports on Nigerian regulatory publications and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any regulator it covers. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Accuracy

Regis does not claim to cover every regulatory publication that exists. Any figure, threshold or deadline quoted on this site is dated to when it was last checked against the primary instrument. If you find an error, tell us at info@regis.ng.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the Regis product, and carries no obligation on either side. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and product develop. The date they were last changed will be shown here once that becomes meaningful to track.
